Cleaning Services uses only professional grade non-toxic cleaning products. A
steam mop that is safe for all floor surfaces is used to clean and at the same
time sanitize your floors. Microfiber cloths polish and clean all of your homes
surfaces and we use a color code system to ensure the cloths that are used on
toilet surfaces will never touch other areas. We also use a germicidal
disinfectant on your toilet area, shower/bath floor and the kitchen-all areas
that harbor large amounts of bacteria.

* It is
presumed that the home will be in order and picked up to facilitate heavy
cleaning.
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted
with an extension duster.
* We cannot move furniture, but will do our best to reach visible places either
by hand or with an extension duster.
* Most homes will have a vaulted ceiling, chandler, or fan that we are unable to
reach by hand
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning, ultra-sonic cleaning
may be required. We can recommend a company for you.
* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the
dust in the air, but cannot prevent this entirely.
