What day and time will you show up to clean?

We clean Monday-Friday and Saturdays by request. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and stay out of your way!

Will the same cleaning professional(s) come to my home each time?

We do our very best to send the same people to your home for each service, however we are unable to avoid sick days and scheduled vacation days. Should there ever be 1 cleaning professional or a team of cleaning professionals that you’d prefer to be the only ones in your home, just contact us and we will be sure to contact you as far ahead of time as possible if they are ever unavailable for your service.

Do you pay for referrals if I refer a friend?

Absolutely! We love referrals – therefore we generously reward for them! The details of our Referral Rewards Program are as follows:

If you are an on-going client with us:

  • If you refer us to a friend/co-worker/acquaintance and they complete a one-time cleaning with us, you will receive a $25 gift card that you can use towards any of our services
  • If you refer us to a friend/co-worker/acquaintance and they become an on-going client with us, you will receive a FREE cleaning when you’re referral’s 4th cleaning is completed

If you are a one-time client with us:

  • If you refer us to a friend/co-worker/acquaintance and they schedule & complete a cleaning with us, you will receive a $25 gift card that you can use towards any of our services

Do your cleaning professionals speak English?

Yes, our professionals must be able to read & speak English. We feel that this is necessary to best serve our clients. Additionally, we don’t employ illegal laborers – which is likely the reason for a company to have non-English speaking employees.

Do you take credit cards?


Do I have to sign a contract?

No. We want you to stay with us because you love our work & our cleaning professionals.

When do I pay for the service?

At the time of service. You can leave a check or cash for our cleaning professionals or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Our work is guaranteed 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied call our office within 24 hours of our cleaning & we’ll fix the issue! In the rare event that we can’t satisfy you a refund will be offered.

What about Fido & Fluffy?

Pets aren’t a problem for us. Unless, of course, we’re a problem for them! We bring treats, as long as the owner approves! Also, any special instructions are listed on each work order so our cleaning professionals will know how you’d like us to handle your pet.

Do I have to be home during service?

No. Most of our clients give us a key & their alarm code. In fact, some clients prefer for us to come while they’re away so they return to a clean & relaxing home.

Who provides the cleaning supplies & equipment?

We will bring everything that we need for the cleaning service, but if you’d like us to use something of yours just let us know! We are happy to customize your clean just for you. Our cleaning professionals use a new microfiber mop head & fresh cleaning cloths for each service. We always recommend that our clients provide the vacuum simply for sanitary purposes.

What if I have to skip or cancel my service?

Not a problem. Service reliability is of utmost importance to us, so should you ever need to change, skip, reschedule or cancel a service we require 24 business hours notice, without which we charge a $50 cancellation fee.

What if I need some extra tasks or services?

We’ve got you covered! Call us at least 24 hours in advance & we’ll provide a quote for the additional services.

Do I have to tip your cleaning professionals?

If our cleaning professionals do a great job let them know! It’s not expected, but definitely appreciated.
