Why do some services cost less than others?
What’s that saying; you get what you pay for! The underground market
seems less expensive but in the long run it really isn't. They give
the cleaning industry a bad name by not paying taxes and hiring
illegal's. A cleaning company hires an illegal immigrant because the
labor is cheap! A reputable company pays payroll and income taxes
and our prices reflect those legal requirements. If a “company” who
is servicing you is not paying those taxes, then the responsibility
falls to you.
Do you pay for referrals if I refer you?
Absolutely! Your next Maintenance Cleaning is absolutely FREE when
you refer us to someone who uses us! We love referrals and so does
our business, therefore we are generous when you refer!
Are you insured and bonded?
Of course and you should never hire a service that isn’t! Your
safety and protection is top priority.
Are your housekeepers employees or sub
contractors?
Our House Cleaning Agents are employees who go through rigorous
screening and training.
Do you do criminal background checks & random
drug screening?
100% of the time!
Does your staff speak English?
Yes, our employees must be able to read and speak English. We do not
use illegal labor which is most likely the reason for a service to
have all non-English speaking sub contractors doing the work.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, for your convenience we accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER
Do I have to sign a contract?
Never! You may cancel any time you wish. We do offer a discount to
our customers who pay in advance for their services. The program
offers substantial savings on every house cleaning. Call us to find
out more!
When do I pay for the service?
At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter or we
can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will return
to make it right! In the rare event that we cannot satisfy you a
refund will be offered in most instances.
What day and time will you show up to clean?
We clean Monday through Friday and we offer either a morning slot or
an afternoon slot. We will try to accommodate the best time for you,
provided that we have a team available. If your desired day and time
slot are not available, we will work to get you in there as quickly
as possible.
What about Fido and Fluffy?
Pets are not a problem, unless of course they think we are! We bring
treats, as long as the owner approves and any special instructions
are listed on each work order so our Cleaning Agent will know just
what your pet needs.
Do I have to be home during service?
No. Most of our clients give us a key and their alarm code. Our
employees are carefully screened and trained.
Who provides the cleaning products &
equipment?
We do, of course! Clients who use our service on a regular basis
will receive their own "Home Kit" that includes all the professional
tools we will need to clean your home. With this "Home Kit" you will
avoid any cross-contamination with our other clients. We use a new
microfiber mop head for each home and our cleaning cloths are always
fresh for each home, unlike some services we know! YUCK!!"
What if I have to skip or cancel my service?
Give us 24 business hours notice of your change in plans and we will
promptly reschedule or cancel your service.
What if I need some extra tasks or services?
Not a problem! Give us a call at least 24 hours in advance and we
will quote you a price for the additional time.
Do I have to tip your employees?
It's not expected, but always very much appreciated.
