I bring with me over 12 years of proven management and customer service experience from the hotel and spa industry. Working for some of the world’s premier hoteliers and spas including Four Seasons Hotels, Gaylord Hotels and for the Coldwater Creek Spas lead me to create a truly unique way to clean that incorporates aspects from both of these industries.
