Everyone! My name is Jennifer Hopkins and I am the proud owner of
Polished Cleaning Services. I bring with me over 12 years of proven management
and customer service experience from the hotel and spa industry. Working for
some of the world’s premier hoteliers and spas including Four Seasons Hotels,
Gaylord Hotels and for the Coldwater Creek Spas lead me to create a truly unique
way to clean that incorporates aspects from both of these industries. Luxuries
that make all the difference when you step in the door to home sweet home! Who
wouldn't love organic tea sachets and slipping into a clean bed lightly scented
with linen spray? Not to mention all of our products are non-toxic and safe for your family and

Customer service has always come naturally to me and I have always loved to
clean! So I combined two of things that come easily to me and my cleaning company was
born, a premier house cleaning company that provided not only a much needed service,
but also gave my clients the relaxation and amenities that everyone deserves!
